this is one of my favorite scenes because, Mink had done such terrible things to Aoba and yet, he came over and touched Aoba’s hair…

HE FUCKING TOUCHED AOBA’S HAIR SO SOFTLY THAT AOBA DIDN’T EVEN FEEL IT!

throughout the route Mink has only showed brute strength and all he does is destroy. Yet in this scene. A scene that only lasts 0.3 seconds. A scene many people do not tend to realize was that, Mink revealed that he can touch Aoba, even the most sensitive part of Aoba, so softly; so gently. That it wouldn’t even hurt Aoba.

Things that break my heart: this scene ALSO takes place after a long route of Mink believing that Sly Blue is Aoba’s TRUE personality. Mink treats Aoba like garbage mainly because he thinks Sly Blue, this personality made up of destruction and chaos and self indulgence, is disgusting, and that he is putting up the front of “Aoba” to disguise it. He thinks Aoba is a manipulative little shit who uses this fake front to hide his disgusting true self.

When Mink is hurting Aoba and Sly Blue emerges, Mink realizes that he’s wrong. He’s shaken, he’s literally scared of this demon that has Aoba possessed, and he realizes he’s been so violent toward this innocent person who’s plagued with such an awful spirit. Aoba literally wakes up to see Mink sitting in his room, staring out the window and praying.

And then Mink does this, when he thinks Aoba’s asleep. He touches his hair and Aoba can barely feel it, even though his hair is the most sensitive part of him. Mink is shown, for the first time in his entire route, to be gentle. This is the person he’s capable of being. 

Mink is so important good fucking bye
